This flat is located in the Canclaux/Quai de la Fosse area, 10 minutes walk from the Graslin district. It has a bedroom and a living room with an open kitchen. It has all the necessary comforts: equipped kitchen, washing machine, internet, television with Netflix... Many shops nearby and direct access from the station (tramway: line 1; stop: chantier Naval). Direct access to the train station in 15 min in tramway, and direct to the Stadium La Beaujoire ant to the commercial center Atlantis.
The location of the flat in the city centre in the peaceful "Gare Maritime et Quai de la Fosse" area on the banks of the Loire is ideal. The area has many shops and services (carrefour contact, bakeries, restaurants, bars, grocery shops, transport, theatre, cinema...) and is close to many tourist attractions accessible on foot: - Maillé-Brézé maritime museum and the Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Port church - Machines of the island", "Carousel of the marine worlds ", "Memorial of the Abolition of Esclavery" and "Museum of Natural History ". - Graslin Square, Jules Verne Museum, Planetarium Getting around : The city center can be easily visited by foot, by bike (Bicloo station nearby) or by public transport. The tramway and boat stop "Chantiers Navals" is close to the flat.
