Comfortable home located in Perroix, between the center villages of Talloires and Menthon St Bernard. This property is furnished with taste, bathed in sunshine and offers a private garden with all furniture (sunbeds, table and chairs). The spacious living area features a wood-burning stove and is open from door to door, leading out to a terrace and garden. A trampoline is available for children in the garden as well as a Ping Pong table and a Plancha grill. Enjoy easy access to the lake and an abundance of activities in both the summer and winter.
