Property information

This holiday home is perfect for up to 5 guests. On the ground floor you will find an authentic dalmatian tavern decorated with many old tools and equipment necessary to cultivate vineyards and olive groves. Wood table and benches, fishing nets, pots and all decorations will get you back in the old days to meet the real Dalmatia. On the first floor you will find fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with large balcony and bathroom. On the second floor you will find two double bedrooms  each with AC unit. There is a 3rd AC unit in the living room as well as flat screen TV. Whole property is covered with WIFI. There is a private garden with BBQ and seating area, loungers under olive trees, mediterranean herb garden, outdoor shower and parking. Pets are welcome. Important note: CHECK IN time is from 4 PM. CHECK OUT time is until 10 AM. - For visits lasting longer than 7 days, we change the bedroom sheets and bathroom towels every 7 days. - Pets are welcome only with previous request and possible additional payment. - Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00, please be respectfull of this! - No parties, loud music or friends coming over from other apartments in the area.

Neighbourhood information

The location is ideal not only for sea -seeker but as well for surfing, sailing, jet skiing and other water sports, hiking enthusiasts can admire the beautiful panorama that encompasses entire Vir, nearby islands and Velebit mountain (1750 m), from the top of Bandira vantage point (112m). We recommend this area to those who enjoy mountain-biking. Very interesting is also the peloid mud that is used for the treatment of rheumatic diseases, and can be found at some Vir beaches, especially ones near the bay of Sapavac, close to the Venetian fortress – Kaštelina.
