Our house is quite unique as it offers a very homey feeling to our guests. We renovated a lot in September 2023 so our guests can enjoy their stay with us even more. We have a nice garden with flowers, grapes, sunbeds, a big dinning table and a BBQ. Last summer even two turtles stayed with us so we hope that after hibernating they will show up again. For those who mind the sun, there is plenty of shadows. There is place for families, working people, or a bigger group of friends. The house has 2 airconditioners and we also have books and a fireplace in case you might catch some rainy days. For exploring the area we offer 2 bikes for free to our guests. If you would like to book our house during off-season please drop us a message. We are verz flexible and always happy to answer any questions and otherwise... We are looking forward to hosting you soon, House Tena
Luca and Ilija are the owners of House Tena. They are an older Croatian Couple who is always friendly and very welcoming. When you arrive, one of them will give you the keys. They are not staying in or around the house and are respecting every guests privacy. However, they are always there if you need some help or simply some recommendations. Ana is their daugther, she helps with inquiries and translation if needed.
The neighbourhood is calm but central. We are a 2min walk away from the bakery and the store. The restaurants are also on walking distance and you can bike to the beaches within 5 minutes. The beach is however a bit further away by foot (15 min). Its also nice that the city of Zadar is just 12km far away from our house.
