Property information

This beautiful holiday house is located in the vicinity of Zadar. The house provides rest in every sense of the word. In the yard of the house there is a big swimming pool with deck chairs and an outdoor shower. The house provides a pleasant stay. There is a dining room at guests ’disposal and a spacious kitchen with all necessary things like microwave, toaster, kettle etc. The space is air conditioned and has wifi. House consists of two bedrooms, in one there is a double bed and in the other room is a single bed. In the living room there is a sofa where two people can sleep. The bathroom has a bathtub, hairdryer and washing machine. The kitchen has access to a balcony that has a seating area where you can enjoy views of the surrounding fields and mountains. In addition to this outdoor seating area there is another covered outdoor dining area with a beautiful barbecue chimney. This house in the true sense of the word provides an opportunity for a wonderful vacation, where away from the city crowds in a fenced area you can enjoy and relax. For any reservation which is 28 nights or longer special monthly discount and special conditions apply: electricity utility cost is excluded from the total price and it is payed monthly based on the actual consumption. Every 10 days cleaning service is mandatory to change bed linen and towels which is excluded from the total price.

Neighbourhood information

Holiday house is located not far from Zadar in Visočane, which is 15 km away from Zadar. Villa has a very good staring location to explore wider area, in 30 minutes of driving you have beside city of Zadar, ancient cities of Nin and Biograd to explore. Of the natural beauty nearby is Zrmanja river which is suitable for rafting. For mountain enthusiasts, the national park Paklenica is 35 km away from Villa. Other National Parks like Plitvice and Krka are also easily accessible by car. As you can see from the photos Villa is located in a quiet rural area, there afre idilic countryside farm fields behind the house, small shop is only 400-500 meters from the house. As for the beaches in the area there are beautiful beaches with crystal clear sea. Ljubač Beach is 13 min or 9,8 km away, Sv.Duh Posedarje beach is 15 min or 13 km away, Ražanac beach is 15 min or 13 km away, Vrsi Mulo beach is 16 min or 15 km away. Beautiful sandy Queens beach in Nin is 20 min or 19 km away. This is one of the top 10 beaches in Croatia.
