Soak up the modern and vintage style of this comfy but spacious villa, located in between the city center and the most beautiful sandy beaches it is the perfect place to stay in Nin Villa was rebuilt after 500 years, following the roman building style, but also incorporating up to date amenities. It features a custom handmade kitchen, a dining table, living room area with a huge leather sofa and an ambient light tv, spiral staircase leads you to the sunlit romantic bedroom, where you will be sleeping under exposed vintage stone wall Stylish bathroom features a walk in shower with the heated floor, a washing machine and all the amenities you will need during your stay The terrace is a place of true relaxation, featuring a jacuzzi that heats the water up to 40 degrees, an outdoor shower, dining table with chairs that can fold to create lounge chairs Terrace is under a wooden roof, and surrounded by tall stone walls, on top of witch lies a bed of flowers All that creates complete privacy for you to enjoy If you walk out the old reclaimed wooden door, you will find yourself on a quiet street with mainly foot traffic, turn right and you have a 3 minute walk to the city center
After three long years I am finally ready to rent out my Villa, it was completely renovated from scratch and this is the first season on booking I am a local, I can tell you everything you want to know about Nin, its history, places to go, restaurants, bars etc. I also rent boats, organize diving sessions, produce and sell olive oil and brandy Do not hesitate to ask me about anything that comes to your mind
My neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, easily accessible via the main road, in a walking distance is a old town centre (3 min), queens beach ( 6 min), supermarket (3 min), bus station ( 3 min) Car park is in front of the house on a private property, you can park your car and forget about it until you leave
