Spend your vacation in our Sunset Garden villa that is in a quiet little village called Vrsi in Croatia. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden (over 2000 m2 / 22000 sq foot) with an inground pool and sunbathing area. Depending on the season, expect some fresh and organically grown vegetables, from the garden, to be waiting for you when you arrive. If a beach setting is what you want, there are a lot of them to choose from, the nearest being only 1.5 km away. The villa has two apartments, one on each floor. For rent is the one on the upper floor whose guest have total access to the whole front yard and pool for private use. House is equiped with high speed wifi internet and is ideal for digital nomads who want some peace and quiet. Your hosts, depending on the season, will be in the ground floor apartment, at your disposal for any help you may need. They are completely separated from guests and you probably won`t even notice them. Villa is completely renovated and everything in the apartment is brand new and waiting for your arrival.
I am a young architect from Zadar, Croatia. Together with my family we rent an apartment in our villa in Vrsi, Croatia, where we offer a relaxing vacation for our guests. We will welcome you in person and be available upon request.
The neighborhood is really quiet. In the neighbourhood there is a local store, a pharmacy, ATM, post office and doctors office. The locals here offer boat trips and rentals to more remote beaches, islands and fun activities like jet skiing, pedal boats etc. It is easy to get around. Parking is available (some parking is charged, depending on the location). There is a lot of things that are just walking distance away.
