Very bright 70mq flat in a historic building in the pedestrian shopping area in the most prestigious shopping street of the city: Via Matteotti. The apartment is placed at the third floor, reachable with an elevator. 150 metres walking distance from Casino, the Russian Church and the famous Ariston Theatre. The strategical position - close to the beaches, the old city, the harbour, the famous Bresca Square and numerous shops and restaurants - will make you forget about you car! The flat can host up to 4 guests + 1 baby (0-3 years old). The modern and equipped kitchen has everything you might need: big fridge and freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster. In the living room there is a flat screen TV 55” HD and a comfortable sofa bed (140x190cm). Finally, a double room with flat screen TV 43” HD, wardrobe and a table for smart working/make-up. Washing machine and dryer are present, too. Air Conditioning, wi-fi, heating, electricity costs, bed linen and towels are ALL included! EXTRA COSTS: 1 Pet dog max 10kg is allowed 15E/stay, to confirm during reservation. Smoking in the apartment is NOT allowed (200E penalty if not respected). 2 Adults who need also the second room (sofa bed) +15E/stay. Please specify during reservation.
The flat is 3 minutes by walk from Casino and 7 from Ariston theatre, the most beautiful beaches, open-air market on Tuesdays and Saturdays, food and fish market on Monday-Saturday, ice cream shops, sea food restaurants, branded stores. It is also very close to the “Old Port” and “Bresca Square”, such as the old town called “La Pigna”. The bicycle path is located along the coast and bike rentals are 150 metres from the flat. Flixbus and bus stops are less than 5 minutes, the Railway station is 15minute walk away, Nice Airport Côte d’Azur is only 1h away by car, Genoa airport 1h45, Milan 3h30. VERY IMPORTANT to allow strollers for babies: the elevator is large 55x120cm. CLOSE TO THE APARTMENT THERE IS A LARGE PARKING, ALSO SOME FREE CAR PARK SPACES, ELECTRIC CHARGERS AND PARKINGS FOR DISABLED PEOPLE. NO PRIVATE PARKING.
