Large apartment on the 7th and last floor with large living room, kitchen and double living room, double bedroom, study, two bathrooms (one with shower one with bathtub). Two more people can sleep on the 140x200 sofa bed in the living room. The living area leads to a beautiful and quiet terrace planted with a table for 10 people and a BBQ. The apartment is furnished in a "particular" way: if you like Tennis, Star Wars and the 80s you will be at ease.
I am a Sales Director always around to meet my customers. I am happy to host people from all over the world in the house where I lived for a few years before moving with my family to another apartment.
The apartment is located in a residential complex of the '70s, exactly halfway between the Porta Nuova train station (400 meters, 10 minutes walk, where the FLIXBUS leave and arrive) and the Marcantonio Bentegodi stadium (500 meters, 10 minutes walk). The neighborhood is quiet as the whole city of Verona, safe both day and night. A few steps from the house there are bars, restaurants, pastry stores, cafes, stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists. The historic center of Verona is 1.5 km: Scaliger Castle (Castelvecchio) with its museum, Piazza Bra with the Arena. After 500 meters you will reach Piazza Erbe, Juliet's House, the Arche Scaligere, Piazza dei Signori (Piazza Dante) and all the other monuments of the city. . You can reach the city center with a walk of 15/20 minutes. The historic center of Verona is 1.5 km: Scaliger Castle (Castelvecchio) with its museum, Piazza Bra with the Arena. Walking another 500 meters you will reach Piazza Erbe, Juliet's House, Piazza Dante, the Arche Scaligere, Castel San Pietro. Bus stop (VIALE PALLADIO) Line 11, 12, 13 (Stadium - Station) Bus stop (VIA ALBERE) Line 62 (direction Portoni Borsari, Hospital of Borgo Trento) Bike sharing: Near Porta Palio, 5 minutes walk from the apartment, there are bicycles "Verona Bike". Fixed cost based on the time of use (Daily / Weekly / Monthly, see below) and then a cost based on the actual time of use during the day (first 30 min free).
