Spacious house with all the comforts for you and your family. Located in a quiet area where you can enjoy your vacations with your loved ones. Ideal for groups of up to 11 people. 45 min distance from Cancun International Airport 15 min distance from 5th Ave. 5 min distance from super market, 20 min walking Enjoy the afternoon in the shared pool ending the evening with a family barbecue in the back of the house. 3 floor house with a terrace are the right space to stay comfortably. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds -Main room: King Size bed, TV, air conditioning, closet, private bathroom and direct access to the terrace with a small table and 2 chairs. -Room 2: 2 single beds, TV, air conditioning, closet and bathroom (2nd floor) - Room 3: Bunk bed with single bed and double bed, TV, air conditioning, closet and bathroom (2nd floor) backyard with garden table and barbecue to enjoy the summer days that Playa del Carmen offers us. PRIVATE USE AREA: The whole house, terrace, backyard and barbecue. COMMON/SHARED AREAS; Pool, palapa and garden. 15 minutes from the main beaches of Playa del Carmen. Located in private with security 5 minutes from super market.

Neighbourhood information

Residential area of ​​Playa del Carmen, family and quiet area. Close to super market, hospital, pharmacy and grocery stores. Near the house is the "punto 115" where you can find restaurants, bars and karaoke. During the day the atmosphere is familiar, at nightfall it becomes a little more for adults. In its surroundings you can also find taquerias, pharmacies, public transport stops and food trucks. If you come with a group, I would recommend renting a car IN ADVANCE, since it is more comfortable and is almost the equivalent of moving by public transport such as taxis or buses. In case you don't rent a car, don't worry, it's quick to go somewhere by taxi or public transport. If you have any questions about transportation or how to go to a specific place, our hosts know the city well and we will be happy to help you.
