Villa93 is situated on 2.5 ha of orchard and grounds with stunning views over orchards out to the Kaimai Ranges. There are 3 suites within our home to choose from, all newly furnished and decorated providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. All suites have access to tea, coffee and home baking whether in the Kaimai View Suite kitchenette or in the main kitchen. We supply for your comfort bathrobes, free toiletries, hairdryer, beautiful linen, spa and pool towels. Villa93 provides each suite with various options of Freeview TV and smart TV options, please refer to each room for further details A La Carte breakfast (continental and cooked options) is served in the main dining room, on the deck. We use seasonal produce sourced from our garden and locally. Enjoy swimming in our salt water pool or soaking in the salt water spa while taking in the views over the orchard to the Kaimai Ranges. For your information all of our rooms are designed for couples. If you book the Kaimai View Suite for 1-2 adults you will automatically book the Super King bedroom. If you require the Queen Bedroom as well please book for 3 to 4 adults (eg if you are travelling together but not wanting to share the same bed). If you book the Orchard View Suite you will have a King Bedroom which sleeps a maximum of 2.

Enjoy the common areas of the lodge, take a stroll in the garden, relax poolside, find a shady tree with a blanket and enjoy being outside. We enjoy meeting new people and at the same time we respect your privacy. Jacqui is a professional chef who is currently developing a catering & cakes business when she is not looking after guests staying in the bed and breakfast. Reg is a contract fencer for local farmers and orchardist's. We also have a small avocado orchard, garden which keeps expanding and seasonal fruit trees to keep us busy. The property is still being developed and we look forward to having more to offer guests in the future.

Just south of Katikati, Mural Town of the Bay of Plenty, Central to Tauranga and Waihi Beach. Villa93 is surrounded by some of the best growers of avocados in the country. We are close to bush walks, cycle tracks, beaches, golf courses, shopping, tourist attractions, wineries & cideries in the area, most of which are within a 5 to 35 minute drive. Local restaurants and cafes are between 2 minutes and 10 minute drive from Villa93 with Waihi Beach and Tauranga cafes and restaurants within a 25 minute drive. This is a beautiful area to explore and of course you can do as little or as much as you like.
