The whole place exceeded our expectations. The cabin was very querky with nice finishing touches. The rural atmosphere added to the whole enjoyable experience with the cat & friendly chooks. Breakfast was an absolute delight with homemade yogurt, bread & delicious jams and to top the stay off Rolf & Monica were so welcoming & friendly right down to the final farewell where we felt we had made amazing new friends. The room was beautiful and insanely comfortable ! There was a great deck area to sit outside which was private to our room. The living facilities were great too. Also Vivienne had to be the nicest host of a hotel I’ve stayed in. She made a fantastic breakfast and was incredibly helpful for activity ideas and places to eat.

Nice self-service breakfast. Our host was responsive and friendly, providing excellent tips and ideas for our trip. Considerate, by his own initiative making the room ready earlier because it was raining cats and dogs outside. Good location and private car parking. Good and clear instructions for self-check in.
