Welcome to Cubikdragon apartments in Cascais. We aim to provide a 5 star service at great prices. Most of our apartments are in prime locations with the added benefit of superb views and the vibe whereby our guests can blend in with the local lifestyle. We are a couple called Rahim and Ilona and are originally from UK. We moved to sunny Cascais 4 years ago and own and manage the properties ourselves. In this way we keep a tighter control over the way our properties are run which thereby maintains better service levels to our guests. We love to travel and understand the meaning of good service from places we've ourselves have stayed in. We enjoy trying different food from all over the world. Favourites are Japanese and Thai food. We are loving all the fresh seafood in Portugal right now! If you are staying in one of our properties, we have a lot of local knowledge regarding local restaurants and tourist attractions. We will always try to give a 5 star service and make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible!

Property information

The apartment is very light and airy in the most perfect location in Cascais. Fans and heaters are provided in each room. The smart TV offers cable channels and Netflix. Other useful amenities include beach umbrella and beach towels. We provide an initial starter pack of teas and coffees to be used with the Nespresso machine. Please note that there is no elevator at the property. With wide steps and a large landing spaces, there are 2.5 floors to climb. The stairs are not steep and very safe. It is well worth it once you see the stunning view!! When staying in a hotel guests are used to show their IDs at checkin. Short term rentals are also required to report guest's information to SEF - it is called the Accommodation Bulletin. Passport or Identity card ID's will be asked for at check in. Neighbourhood information

Right in the heart of the Historical Centre of Cascais, with its charming cobbled streets and old architecture. Watching the sunrise/set from the terrace is like something out of a James Bond movie. It provides a terrific, convenient base for enjoying everything Cascais has to offer. A wonderful park is located 2 minuted walk away. Roosters and peacocks roam around freely and there is a horse riding centre just next to it. The park also hosts seasonal festivals throughout the year such as the recent jazz festival in the Summer and Christmas festival during Winter. The wonderful Cascais Marina is a 5 minute walk where you can book boating and fishing trips, enjoy other sports such as windsurfing and jet skiing. Or you could simply relax at the numerous bars and restaurants overlooking the Marina. The closest beach is a 2 minute walk, with many others at walking distance. Walking along the public footpath by the Ocean can take you up to Estoril (famous for its Casino), in one direction. The other direction will take you to Boca da Inferno and Guincho Beach, famous for its surfing competitions and beautiful coastline scenery.
