The property is a PRIVATE HOMESTAY in a double storey apartment (not a Guest House, BnB or Motel etc) within a well managed complex with 24hr security. It has a semi-nature resort like feel as it is surrounded by a gorgeous rock garden, trees and birds within the complex. The property in general is not suitable for loud and rowdy individuals as it is peaceful and quiet. The open guest parking space is about 3 to 5 minutes walk to the door. THE HOST LIVES AT THE PROPERTY.
I am a social, multicultural and well traveled person that enjoys experiencing different people and cultures. Hosting gives me an opportunity to meet people from all walks of life. I live at the property and so the kitchen, dinning area and bathroom will be shared with me. Guests are expected to immediately clean up after themselves after the use of the bathroom and kitchen.
La Montagne (The Mountain)is a beautiful, hilly suburb nestled in the East of Pretoria. It is close to main routes, several restaurants and pubs, shopping centres, medical and sport centres.
