Ideal for the visiting young professionals as its positioned within safe walking distance (200m) from the University of Cape Town (UCT) Medical School, UCT Jammie shuttle service and Groote Schuur academic hospital. A peaceful and tranquil 4-bedroom home away from home with two bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen with all amenities (Nespresso machine, air fryer and many more). Enjoy the comfortable double beds in each room, refurbished wooden floors, high ceilings and old world character in a completely modernised setting. Equipped with high speed fast internet (fibre), Netflix and Disney + as well as UPS to keep the WiFi going during load shedding periods. The Observatory neighbourhood is a safe, vibrant and trendy suburb whose proximity to the University of Cape Town (UCT) and its medical school in particular, has always made it popular for young professionals. Observatory has long been a vibrant area with numerous restaurants, coffee shops, bars, a hip night life, and many neighbourhood staples. Most restaurants and retail shops are located along Lower Main road with a 95-year-old bottle store, Observatory Liquors, situated in the middle. There is also a shopping complex in St. Peters square, which is located next to Groote Schuur academic hospital. Observatory also has a soccer hockey stadium below the station which is flanked on one side by Liebeeck Parkway and on the other by Willow Road. In this section of land, there is also a nine-hole golf course housed at the River Club. Observatory is also under the OBSID neighbourhood watch which patrols the area around the clock.
