Love the lakeview that our room had. Also my first time sleeping on a futon bed on the tatami mat, legit best sleep of my life, no waking up with aches so it was a great experience! Breakfast and dinner that was included in my booking were sumptuous as well! I also appreciate the hotel pickup and drop off from/to the bus terminal, so we didn't have to juggle our luggage on public transport etc.

We booked the Japanese style room with Lake & Mt Fuji view. Both the room and view did not disappoint. It was awesome waking up each morning with the view of Mt Fuji. The futon beds were very comfortable and after huge day of walking and hiking, it was so nice to chill in the onsen. Our breakfast and dinner were delicious and the staff were very helpful and attentive. If we ever come back to Japan, we would definitely stay here again.

Staff was incredible and friendly! We had dinner included in our room fee and it was a beautiful feast that was so delicious. The private Onsen was relaxing and the right fit for us. They also provided yukatas and loungewear both which were very comfy.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, one of our hosts' English was a little patchy (and our Japanese very basic) but there is an app for that - and it was all fine and worked wonderfully by. The Dome tent was spacious, facilities great for glamping, and the view of Fuji truly spectacular. Dinner (self cooked food provided by the Hosts) was superb, more meat (and great meat choices) than 4 people should try and eat, we have two boys and they struggled. Given the choice I would stay again!

Everything about this hotel! The room, the breakfasts, dinners, roof deck with a gorgeous view of Fuji and perfect natural heated foot bath for that first day. As far as me and my friends are concerned, it was one of the best hotel experiences of our lives. The service we got throughout the stay, including our dedicated host who helped host our dinners, was exceptional.

I liked the effort this hostel does to bring the guests together. There is only one common room where everyone sits (and watches a movie or has dinner) so it's easy to start a conversation with another person. There is a possibility (about 3 dishes to choose from) for dinner (good, since no restaurants in the neighbourhood). Breakfast is also available (though I was glad I brought my own). The hostel looks new, bed bunks are comfortable and quite big and there is a gaming room.
