I also appreciate the hotel pickup and drop off from/to the bus terminal, so we didn't have to juggle our luggage on public transport etc.

It was awesome waking up each morning with the view of Mt Fuji. The futon beds were very comfortable and after huge day of walking and hiking, it was so nice to chill in the onsen. Our breakfast and dinner were delicious and the staff were very helpful and attentive. If we ever come back to Japan, we would definitely stay here again.

The Dome tent was spacious, facilities great for glamping, and the view of Fuji truly spectacular. Dinner (self cooked food provided by the Hosts) was superb, more meat (and great meat choices) than 4 people should try and eat, we have two boys and they struggled. As far as me and my friends are concerned, it was one of the best hotel experiences of our lives. The service we got throughout the stay, including our dedicated host who helped host our dinners, was exceptional.

There is only one common room where everyone sits (and watches a movie or has dinner) so it's easy to start a conversation with another person. There is a possibility (about 3 dishes to choose from) for dinner (good, since no restaurants in the neighbourhood). Breakfast is also available (though I was glad I brought my own). The hostel looks new, bed bunks are comfortable and quite big and there is a gaming room.
