No breakfast available but there are lots of restaurants around. Location perfect! Just got off the bus stop and 1 minite walk to the place. it takes only 2~3 minutes walking to the beach. The place is quiet and clean. We had the welcome drink and a small cake when we arrived. The owner replied messages fast. Hot water works well! Just outside the rrom, we had a table and 2 chairs. Everything was good! We recommend this place!

Special mentioning about living like in wildlife zoo. Near of the river and out of the hardest car roads, the guesthouse offerer the real life animal views in their natural environment, who showed themselves without chasing, such as are chased whales and elephants just for curious turists. Here I met and some of them first time in my lifetime two meters varans, peacocks, smaller lizards like leguans, monkeys, mangusts, porcupines, etc. They are not dangered or approaching humans.

Shanika is very kind local women who is taking care and she is doing her best. The house is in peaceful area, very close to beach. Shanika cooked amazing dinners for us, we were very happy at this place.

The villa itself is stunning with a very quiet and clean private beach. Although the facilities are fantastic, what really makes this property is the staff. Ishan was always checking in on WhatsApp to make sure everything was going well which we really appreciated. Ishan’s mums cooking was delicious and we loved the breakfast and dinner she cooked for us! It was also very convenient to both Mirissa and secret beach. There were also peacocks next door. Overall, we had an amazing stay and got to experience authentic Sri Lankan life.
