Very clean!! I loved the staff!! They were the best. Mohammad Ibrahim who is a waiter was always there for us. Breakfast Lunch and the dinners he was always friendly. Also Reception area was great and the Guest Service Lady was the best. Best stay at any hotel I ever had. Also had the Cleopatra Spa. Omg it was so relaxing and the staff again was top!

Our experience at your hotel exceeded our expectations, from the room we stayed at to the food to the activities. Everyone at the hotel was beyond welcoming and we had the best time. Food options at dinner was more than amazing and also we loved the waterpark.

We stay in hotel one day but we are so happy to be here. Check in was so fast , reception workers are friendly, guest relation helpful We take our dinner at Sea salt restaurant was so good and delicious

It was an excellent experience. I was not expecting such a beautiful experience and atmosphere at Sultan Garden Resort. The place and facilities were awesome. A good variety of food items in breakfast and dinner. The location is near to the airport.

The Steigenberger Alcazar is a beautiful big resort in a quiet area of Sharm. The interiors are well designed and maintained, and given its size it has a surprising intimacy. The food was fantastic. I enjoy Egyptian and middle Eastern food and was very well catered for with the breakfast and dinner buffets. The restaurant team was amazing. A very personal and professional service that is unusual in large hotels. Large well kept heated swimming pools. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe and looked after. Highly recommend.

The property is exceptionally clean. There is a wide variety of restaurants. The Indian restaurant was by far the best out of all the a la carte restaurants and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner there. All staff were outstanding and friendly. We spent most of our time at the Adult pool which is much calmer and quieter than the main pool. We also used the spa facilities 3 times during our stay and the massage therapists were both knowledgeable and professional.

Amazing resort with great facilities and a good, safe reef for snorkelling. Being a vegan I was concerned when there were no vegan meals labelled on any of their menus but a lot of the breakfast items were vegan as standard and the staff were very accommodating in making me food for lunch and dinner, which I was incredibly grateful for. The whole resort is pristine and really well laid out, especially the beach areas. I will definitely visit again.
