Featuring free private parking, the lodge is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as golfing, fishing and canoeing. Everything. Cottage is sweet & includes everything you need & more. We made the most of the golf clubs & course right at the door. We enjoyed the lawn bowls we found inside, & the kayaks down at the lake - which is only a few minutes walk from the cottage. We kayaked on the shallow, warm lake for both sunset & sunrise & times in between - even those of us less inclined towards water sports had fun with it. Kangaroos everywhere. We also made use of the bbq on the deck with the big outdoor setting for dinner. Owner was friendly & popped in with updates as relevant, as well as to welcome us & introduce himself.

The hosts are so very generous- they have thought of every detail and they are incredibly generous in their provision in the amount and variety of food. It was a perfect stay.

Noah Creek Eco Huts is a small family business that offer exclusive eco-friendly lodges and glamping accommodation in the heart of the Noah Creek Rainforest Reserve, the largest private World Heritage rainforest in the Daintree Cape Tribulation area. The whole place was magical. We loved bathing in the outdoor shower and bath surrounded by tropical plants. We were here not long after cyclone Jasper hit, so most places in Daintree were closed and there were no other guests. We had to cancel a few tours we booked because of the cyclone but we think that was a blessing in disguise since it gave us time to relax, cook delicious meals in the outdoor kitchen, cool off in the swimming hole a few minutes walk away, walk north along the closed road, helped clear some of the deadfall along one of the trails (we volunteered). There were so many different rainforest sounds in the day and at night. The 5 nights we were there we didn’t use our car to get anywhere, other than when we arrived and left! We will be back one day in the future.

The provided breakfast (to cook) was excellent as long as you like a cooked breakfast; some fresh fruit would be nice for those who do not.

It is 20 minutes' drive from Montville and 40 minutes' from Mapleton Falls National Park. the timber cottage was nestled in a hillside overlooking rainforest. other cabins where nearby, but out of sight and sound. with a fireplace, spa, king size bed and balcony it felt secluded, intimate, and calming - perfect for resetting and restoring. we were also treated to a thunderstorm, drifting off to sleep with the sound of rain on the roof and frogs in the distance.

Treetops Seaview is 200 metres from Montville village. It is a 30-minute drive from both the Kenilworth Cheese Factory and Nambour Golf Club. Brisbane is a 1-hour drive away. A beautiful, peaceful stay in the most stunning location. We loved every minute!
