The rooms are separate buildings amongst the trees so it felt very private. The views of the surrounding mountains and greenery are stunning. Everything was clean. The pool and common area are great as well! We were particularly grateful for the help and friendliness of the staff - they were amazing! The food offered by the lodge (breakfast and dinner) is great but there are also other restaurants nearby to switch things up. It is close to the Tayrona entrances, which was great! We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

It is a wonderful location, better than staying by the sea. The access through steps is more than compensated by the absence of car or street noise. You are going to be in contact with nature. Breakfast is one of the best I had in Colombia and the kindness of Jose and the other people attending the property has a better value than the money you pay. I highly recommended it.

It was all very elegant and luxurious place and we enjoyed staying at Terramia Estate a lot. Exellent quality. Plus stunning views, lots of birds and very quiet and romantic. Hot water in bathroom. Comfortable big bed with very soft linen. Definitely worth the price.

I loved my stay there! It was like a fairy tail, relaxing into this jungle, with all of the nature, the diversity of the plants around us, waking up in the morning by the birds, walking through the river to go out. It was a paradise! Of course the hosts were so hospital and incredible! This experience will always stay in my memory!

It is really beautifully located in the jungle, looking out to the Caribbean Sea from 1600 metres above. The rooms are spread out over the delightfully landscaped grounds in separate lovely cottages. Everything is very tasteful and stylish. The owner, Pilar, and her team Danni, Fanni, Julia and José, made our stay relaxing, comfortable and memorable. Their genuine warmth and ready willingnes to help us was greatly appreciated and touched our hearts. The meals were delicious, wholesome, beautifully presented and sometimes created especially for our needs.

Offering a private beach area, Playa Pikua Ecolodge is a solar-powered property situated in Guachaca between two rivers and the Caribbean sea. Santa Marta is 40 km away and Tayrona Natural Park is within a 10 minute drive. Free private parking is available on site. Exceptional ecologde if you look for simplicity like us, living in bungalows made of wood with palm-leaf roofs. Everything so carefully designed and constructed, you feel connected to nature. No speakers allowed, lighting dimmed by natural materials, makes it very quiet and peaceful day and night. Nice communal building with sofas, hammocks and yoga mats. Location is great, right by the wonderful almost pristine beach. A few hotels/hostels nearby, embedded among the palm trees, with some very nice low key restaurants with chairs in the sand. Very friendly staff, served great breakfast on our own veranda.

There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. The host is amazing. She really helped us with literally everything and went above and beyond. She arrange transport, boat trips for us and also recommended restaurants - both of which were AMAZING. She is really friendly and welcoming.
