Villa Valencia went above and beyond our expectation! We booked the villa for 6 persons with 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was luxury. The villa was super clean. Our room was made daily. The staff even mops the floors outside daily! The bed was comfortable, and the sheets and blankets were of high quality. Breakfast was also really delicious and well balanced. There is a water filtration which also saved us from buying bottled waters. The staff were so genuine and helpful! Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. Very affordable villa for all it offers!

Everything - I couldn't fault my stay at La Casa de Zarela. The location is very safe and close to the main square. The rooms were clean and spacious with great hot showers. Breakfast was superb and the Thai food in the evening was devine! Zarela went above and beyond to help me organise activities, linking up guests and also was so kind and helpful when I was sick. It could only be described as a home away from home and I look forward to visiting again some day!

Desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly (even brought us up hot tea to our room about half an hour after we checked in 🥰), breakfast was made fresh for us, and we were even made some Muna tea (helps with altitude) when we mentioned my husband was having some gut issues! Would absolutely stay here again!!

I loved the ambiance and decorations throughout the hotel, especially the top-floor restaurant and rooftop terrace, both of which are overflowing with plants and boast wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and staff are very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and best enjoyed on the rooftop terrace! Great spot to start a journey to the Ancash region!
