The property is non-smoking and is situated 35 km from Gibbs Farm. brilliant, better than expected, they have thought of everything we could have wanted in a small property. we had a 1 bedroom on the edge with a deck that seemed to get a lot of sunshine, great for evening drinks. we also liked Matakana and the whole area

Getting to pet the ponies and sheep and donkeys while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake was a bonus!

Many apartments also have stunning ocean views and outdoor furniture. Location was brilliant (waves were loud). The outdoor entertaining area was gorgeous right on the water

The Treetops Spa combines modern products and techniques with indigenous and therapeutic Maori treatments. Beautiful lodgings and surrounding. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

With free WiFi, this 4-star resort offers a 24-hour front desk and a concierge service. Guests can have a drink at the bar. Lovely setting and great view. Size of room, very spacious and a good sized bathroom with a decent hairdryer. Great to be able to park your car under cover. We also had a meal in your restaurant which was excellent.

Tongariro Alpine Crossing is 20 minutes’ drive away. beautiful views, comfortable bed and beddings were just right, excellent service and beautiful food and they were very flexible allowing us to stay long in the morning while we waited for the rain to stop before leaving the motel to start our hike. the community kitchen was comfortable and it had everything that we need to use. the toilets were so clean and showers just right.

Kennedy Park Resort is a 5-minute drive from Napier city centre and a 15-minute drive from Napier Airport. The National Aquarium of New Zealand is only 3 km away. I stayed in a garden room at Kennedy Park with my mum on a recent trip. It was easily located, check in was simple and easy to find our room, with car park, opposite the pool. We only stayed one night but the accom was clean and adequate with a kettle, fridge and microwave for snacks.
