What a fantastic place with gorgeous views of fuji-san from the rooms and the rooftop. The staff was exceptional! Very warm and gracious. I really loved the traditional Japanese clothing they provided in the room and want to wear the jacket everywhere. The room was clean and quiet and rokumeikan hills far exceeded my expectations. After a very long journey to get here, it was wonderful to be greeted with a plate of sushi and fruit. Thank you so much!

This sweet little inn was one of our best stays in Japan. We loved the onsen (hot spring bath), the amazing views on mount Fuji, the stillness and the lovely hospitality. The room was huge and well equipped. The japanese breakfast was very nice too.

The owner was supernice! Doing whatever he could to make my stay as comfortable as possible, he even drove me to the supermarket so I didn't have to walk there in the dark for food. The rooms were spacious, with big windows and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were clean but very cold (I didn't use the shower or the onsen, but they seemed okay). Breakfast was very nice and freshly made.

Breakfast and dinner was sumptuous. The room was very clean and spacious, we also had a very nice view of Mount Fuji from parts of the room. Private onsen was excellent as well. Everything was provided like a 5-star hotel, from toiletries to drinks, they even had a towel warmer! The bed was more comfortable than some hotels. The apartment had elements of a ryokan yet was modern like a service apartment. We exceptionally love the service of the hosts :)

This is honestly the best hotel we have ever stayed at in our lives. You get a gorgeous, full view of mount fuji from the room and also from the private onsen. We had a dedicated butler who showed us around and served us a splendid 11 course Kaiseki dinner prepared by the private chef. There are only 3 units here so everything felt very private and luxurious. From the electric kettle, tea cups, cutlery to the hairdryer, all the brands were premium. Will most definitely be back again!
