I like how the house can accommodated all of us and my dogs. It feels like home and the convenience of having everything in the house is so great, such as fully stocked kitchen with cutlery, appliances even with the al foil, the soap, the dishwasher tablets etc. So much better than staying in the apartment hotel that says it has everything, but doesn't. I love how big the backyard is and the big deck as well, the plank of timber on the tree house does the trick for my girls to play adventures in the afternoon. How close we are with the beach. I love how I can relax or read a book in the couch and feel the ocean breeze or have a nap in the bedroom and still feel the ocean breeze.

    This is 100% the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in . The unit has everything and I mean everything you could ever need . Kind gestures like a bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival. All very high end appliances throughout unit . No money has been spared on this accommodation. Very luxurious. Highly recommend.

    The view from our room was absolutely spectacular, i sat out on the balcony and watched the sea eagles sitting in the tops of the trees and fly past our room. The village centre shops are directly behind the resort - everything is within walking distance, the bed was comfy but the pillows weren't to our liking although we still slept well, the welcoming we got on arrival and friendliness of the staff was lovely. The kitchen has plenty of cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils, and a lovely big lounge.

    It was nice to have the balcony to sit out on during the day and the pools were a great addition to our stay, but note that the lap pool is warmer than main pool. The complementary secure underground parking was a bonus. The Pelican Waters Shopping Village was only a 5 min drive and had a Coles, a Woolys, a BWS shop a few other shops and a Petrol station.

    We were so spoilt and loved the apartment, it was so luxurious. We were so lucky to be upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment and the staff were so friendly. We even had a welcome gift and greeting letter dropped at our door. (The homemade biscuits were scrumptious.)

    Our room got upgraded to 3 bedroom villas. It's so beautiful and comfortable. The kids love playing at the water park. Nice area close to everything you can think of.Staff are really nice friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back again.
