We had the perfect stay in Oamaru thanks to Oamaru Green Cottage - beautiful ,cozy little cottage on a hill with a gorgeous view of Oamaru Harbor, kids toys in a corner of the cottage that we turned into a play area, and the home decor made the space both feel homey and artistic. Oamaru Green Cottage exceeded our expectations in every way, was great value for money, and has a fantastic, central location!

Wow - we had the entire space with two bedrooms and one large living room with a bedroom, good bathroom and shower, and knockout, equipped kitchen facilities that made us sorry we were there for only one night. The grounds were amazing, with rolling lawns and its own small lake and boat. Clearly the property is used for events like weddings, but apart from three welcoming dogs we had the area to ourselves.

Love love love the cottage and the rolling hills in the backyard. Location is just a little tucked away from the main town centre but still close and convenient enough to reach. It was incredibly thoughtful of the owner to warm up the place before we arrived especially with the strong chilly wind in the area. Nice and toasty when we got into the home. We also requested for an additional 15 min to take some photos prior to checkout and the owner kindly obliged. Thank you so much for the very comfortable and memorable stay.
