It was good that we could was our things and dry it as well. It is close to many hiking route. First I wanted to stay at Mount Cook village, but it was ok, to drive there for a day hike. Its very comfortable and there is no one around. however, you can easily walk around some bushes and be on the road again. This accomodation gives you the luxury of quiet spaceto just think - a rare commodity. Beautiful unique quilts and artwork on the walls, not shown on the bookings photos. There is even a coffee pot for the stove.
