A 5-star hotel set in an 18th-century building, Relais Santa Croce is one of the most luxurious, stylish and elegant properties in the historic centre of Florence. I stayed at the hotel with my 4 year old son, and both of us fell in love with the place. We spent a lot of time reading/drawing/having snacks in the incredible Music room, and it felt like we were in a friend’s (extremely luxurious and grand) living room rather than in a hotel. The view from our window was also amazing, and overall it felt like the perfect place to stay in Florence, offering everything that draws the visitors to this city - history, style, art and beauty. But what made real difference was the people working at the hotel - warm, friendly and thoughtful. All our questions and requests were addressed without any delay and we were always greeted with a genuine smile. Even my 4 year old’s questions were treated very seriously, which did result in him wanting to come back to the reception “for a chat” at all hours (my apologies for that!). Special thank you to Dorina at reception - she really went out of the way to make our stay feel special! Will definitely be back!

Location is superb, nearby all important attractions They even let you bring yoyr food During dinner or lunch as thete is only breakfast available in the cosy lobby, They assist me in booking Taxi , they gave me Florence map and assist in buses stops, very friendly staff, highly recommended.
