The hotel was beautiful, our room was spacious and clean. The location was also perfect - a metro stop away from the Railway station and a walking distance from the city center and many tourist attractions. We were highly impressed by the kindness of the hotel staff and management. We had additional requests about the organization of our trip and they were willing to advise and help us. We sincerely serve our thankfulness! : )

Nice spacious family room. My kids specially loved the room. It was spacious, cleaned daily. Nice zen feel, great comfort. TV can monitor the washer/laundry. Has a mini gym. Nice restaurant on the top floor. Open view, feels romantic and cosy.

The bed - most comfortable ever, also for my husband (and he would usually prefer a firmer madress than me. The bathroom, including the spacious bathtub. The dimmer switches everywhere to allow you to have a relaxing ambience, even in the bathroom, and the blackout curtains to help deal with jetlag. The fact that everything was simple but very high quality. We have stayed in both 'fancier' hotels and in places with more stars, but this was so comfortable and hospitable - simple, quality comfort. The staff, excellent English and helpful with everything, including securing us s table at a specific Michelin restaurant we hoped to visit.

Very nice hotel with great staff that try their best to accomodate to your needs. The location is also quite close to kiyomizudera temple as well as big stations like kyoto are within in few stops.
