We manage and operate a total of 40 unmanned accommodation facilities, each with a different concept, located in 5 locations around Lake Kawaguchi in Yamanashi Prefecture. Even when unmanned, we strive to provide a comfortable experience for our customers.

Property information

You can see Mt. Fuji from the window of the whole rental villa, making it suitable for close friends, large families, groups, and organizations. You can come empty-handed, whether you're staying without meals or with ingredients included. On the covered terrace, you can enjoy a hearth-style charcoal BBQ that can be enjoyed even in the rain. This newly built facility has highly insulated and airtight interiors that will keep you warm even in the middle of winter. This is a clean villa fully equipped with furniture, home appliances, fixtures, and equipment. There are two shower rooms that can accommodate a large number of people. It is a suburb close to the city center with good access from Kawaguchiko Station, and there is also a large shopping center nearby, as well as many convenience stores, restaurants, and souvenir shops. Fuji-Q Highland, hot springs, and ski resorts are also nearby, making it a facility where you can experience the four seasons. As this is an "unmanned accommodation", you will be asked to check in using a tablet device. After checking in, you can take the key from the key box and enter the room. *Since there is no staff, the payment method is [credit card payment only]. *For inquiries, please contact us via email.

Neighbourhood information

Convenience stores and shopping malls are within a 10-minute drive, so you can buy BBQ or shop at a 100 yen shop before you arrive. There are also three roadside stations within a 30-minute drive. Mt. Fuji can be seen from each building, and you can access various sightseeing spots in Lake Kawaguchi and Fujiyoshida, including Fujiten Resort, which is about 10 km, Fuji-Q Highland, which is about 4.5 km, and Arakurayama Sengen Park Chureito Pagoda, which is about 7.1 km.
