Our apartments have a very convenient location in the upper part of the city centre. If you go upriver, you can see State University(KazNU), then the dam, ski jump complex "Sunkar". If you go down the river, less than a 20-minute walk, you will see the State circus, drama theater. M. Auezov, amusement Park, Central football stadium, the sports Palace, the Museum of arts. Kasteev. A Botanical Garden with native and exotic plants. The country's largest trade-exhibition complex "Atakent", Republic Square.
