GREAT location! Right in the heart of Almaty! The apartment is on the corner of the two main streets Furmanov st. and Tile be st. The location is perfect for tourists to explore the city and ideal for the business people as well. One bedroom apartment is furnished with everything that you may need. 2 separate rooms, one with comfortable sofa and another one with a bed. Full kitchen, Wi-Fi internet, bathroom, washing machine, balcony with plants :-) Welcome to my apartment!
Hi! My name is Dima. I am the citizen of the biggest city in Kazakhstan, Almaty. I am an active user of booking as a host, as well as traveler, therefore I know that a perfect balance of a price and location is the first step towards unforgettable adventure! From the recent time I offer 4 unique apartments in a centre of the old town in Almaty, therefore you will not miss anything! I have a wide range of apartments, starting from a small, cozy flat for one, two apartments for a comfortable stay for two-three people and a spacious place for a big group or family. All apartments are furnished with everything that you may need, including high-speed wifi! Since I became a host, I received over 100 positive reviews, which I kindly invite you to get familiar with. I check people in and out of apartments 24/7. No problem for any arrivals or departures. I have a car so I can pick up my guests from the airport. Check in is usually after 13:00 or later and check out is usually 12:00 or earlier. If you need other times ask me and we will try to arrange the best scenario for two of us! Walking distance to: Old square, Astana square, the 28 Panfilov's park with old orthodox church, Arbat square with art gallery, the Arasan bath, the main Mosque, Green market, the Opera and Ballet house, Philharmonic Hall, night clubs ect. You can find a lot of different cafes, restaurants and malls in the neighborhood.. There are 5 big supermarkets next door. Public transportation is very convenient; bus and metro stops are right down the street (2 min by foot) it really makes your life easy to get to the any point of the city. Easy to get from the airport (30 min), train station (20 min) and bus stations (30 min). The bus stop where you can get transportation to Almaty landmarks such as Kok-tobe and Medeo is also close. If you travel by car there is free parking place
