We visited lots of pubs in the area and this was definitely the best. The owner and her stuff were wonderful, welcoming and helpful, we would definitely love to come back.

Just 3 miles from Burford, the Inn is in perfect country for walking and cycling. Historic Oxford and Stratford-Upon-Avon can both be reached in about 40 minutes’ drive. The location was perfect,nicely situated in the cotsworlds, without being a tourist stop. The hotel looks amazing, we enjoyed sitting outside by the river with our drinks and in the evening, whilst also enjoying a wonderful meal in the restaurant and a last drink in the bar. The building is old but feels newly renovated, old beams and brick work mix well with the more modern bathroom. Staff were amazing and very friendly
